From my childhood I was very interested in Art and over the years I tutored myself to draw and paint, mostly in watercolour and later in oils.

In 1995, at the age of 43, I decided to change from a career in Hospitality & Catering to Art as a full time profession. Since then I have very satisfactorily completed numerous private and corporate commissions and sales through various galleries.

During this period I have held some solo exhibitions as well as contributing to others with several artists.

I am originally from Sri Lanka and have lived in the UK since 1977, moving to Auchterarder, Perthshire, Scotland in 1983.
